About Our Auction

KD Smith Auction and Son is a month long online auction company, located on 80 Pacific Drive, Quakertown, PA.  Our old location was in Allentown, PA and we were affectionately known as "The Bid Board".  All our online auctions, end at the end of each month, Thursday evenings, starting at 6pm.  Some of the categories include Coins, Stamps, Militaria, Die Cast (Hot Wheels, Matchbox, Tootsie, Corgie, Ertl etc), Gold / Diamond & Silver Jewelry, Vintage Costume Jewelry, Sports Card & Collectibles, Automobilia, Ephemera, Political, Weaponery, Furniture, Pottery, Glassware, Disneyania, Dolls, Comics, Erotica, General Collectibles, Trains, Action Figures, Beanie Baby, Pokemon, Board Games, Barbie, etc.. All of our online auctions are set up for merchandise preview and inspection.  We ask that you do call, to make sure preview is available, prior to stopping over.  Once our online auction ends, you will receive an email within 24 hours, stating that you were successful.  When you receive your email, you have 2 weeks to schedule your pick-up appointment or arrange shipping.  If we do not hear from you after the  2 weeks we will auto run your credit card associated with HiBid and ship your merchandise to you . 

REMEMBER:  All Pick up is by appointment only.  Please call to set up an appointment at 610-797-1770.
If shipping is required, all items that will fit into a USPS Small Priority Box, will be charged a minimum of $18.00.  All other shipments will go via UPS and will be charged a minimum of $25.00.  Bidder, please be aware, some items are larger than others and may have to be shipped by alternate shipping source.  If you feel your item falls into this category, please call to see how shipping will be handled.  We are a small family business and will handle most shipping in house.  Please note, all smaller shipments will be handled first and larger shipments will be completed within 10 days of merchandise payment.  Buyer pays all related shipping cost and should request insurance if needed. 
If for any reason a credit card is declined and there is no contact from the successful bidder, the merchandise will be considered abandoned.  The bidder will no longer be able to participate in our online auctions and it will be documented on HiBid.
